Poke Sauce

Use Nihon Shokken’s poke sauce for marinating raw salmon, tuna or tofu poke - the traditional Hawiian raw fish salad. Poke also gives name to the sushi rice bowls which this marinated fish is frequently served in and this sauce also works wonderfully as a dressing for these rice bowls or fried rice dishes. 

This sauce is flavoured with Korean red chilli, sesame and fermented chilli bean beans for a spicy yet savoury flavour. This 1L size is ideal for professional kitchens.
